When a local retailer or drawing host venue joins the Rescue Raffle Network, they become part of a transparent, automated system that rewards community involvement while supporting local nonprofits.
How It Works
Each participating business receives flyers and posters listing the local nonprofits they’ve chosen to support.
These materials include unique QR codes that link directly to each nonprofit’s ticket purchase page.
When a customer scans a QR code and buys raffle tickets, those sales are automatically tracked and credited to the participating retailer or venue in real time.
Each retail partner also has access to a dashboard that shows exactly how much their promotions have helped local causes — and how much prize money has been generated through their community engagement.
Early Bird Giveaways
Retailers and venues can host Early Bird Drawings as part of their local promotions, giving away up to 15% of their tracked sales in gift cards or cash prizes.

Why It Matters
This system keeps the excitement local, helps small businesses attract new customers, and makes fundraising more interactive and rewarding for everyone involved.
These prizes are funded entirely from the 50% prize pool allocation, meaning there’s no cost to the business.
Early Bird drawings are designed to bring people together — and reward local engagement.
If a winner is present at the venue, their prize is doubled (for example, a $25 gift card becomes $50 Cash).
If they’re not there, they still receive the gift card.
Every scan made, ticket sold, and prize awarded is tracked, transparent, and community-driven.
