Welcome to the Rescue Raffle Network, operated in partnership with 605 Raffles and affiliated nonprofit organizations, venues, and retailers (collectively, “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, platforms, raffle services, and related materials (the “Services”).
By accessing or participating in our raffles, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Participation in raffles and sweepstakes is limited to individuals who are:

• At least 18 years old, and

• Residents of South Dakota or other jurisdictions where participation is permitted by law.

Employees, contractors, or affiliates directly involved in operating or administering the raffles may participate as outlined in raffle-specific rules.

2. Use of the Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.

• Use automated means (bots, scripts, etc.) to purchase tickets or influence outcomes.

• Misrepresent your affiliation with any nonprofit or partner venue.

• Attempt to access or alter another user’s information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or transaction that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Ticket Purchases and Raffle Participation

All ticket sales are final.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the official rules for that raffle, including eligibility, drawing dates, and prize details.

Funds are divided as follows:

• 50% to the prize pool,

• 50% to nonprofit and operational support, distributed according to the nonprofit’s or venue’s participation level.

Early Bird prizes, if applicable, are awarded from within the 50% prize pool allocation.

4. Partner Nonprofits and Venues

Each participating nonprofit or venue receives a unique tracking link or QR code to identify ticket sales generated through their promotions.
Partners are responsible for ensuring that:

• Promotional materials provided are used in compliance with state gaming laws, and

• They do not misrepresent prize values or odds.

We reserve the right to audit, suspend, or remove any partner found to be in violation of these Terms or state raffle regulations.

5. Prizes

Winners are selected in accordance with the official raffle rules for each event.
Winners need not be present unless stated otherwise.
All prizes must be claimed within the time period specified in each raffle’s rules.
Failure to claim a prize within the allotted time may result in forfeiture.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to the Rescue Raffle Network and protected under copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Rescue Raffle Network, 605 Raffles, and their affiliates are not liable for:

• Technical issues, ticketing errors, or website interruptions;

• Losses or damages arising from participation in raffles or use of our Services;

• Any failure of payment processors or third-party vendors.

Your participation is voluntary, and you agree to release us from any claims related to raffle participation or prize outcomes.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Rescue Raffle Network, 605 Raffles, partner nonprofits, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
